A Bathroom That Feels Like a Spa, Without Leaving Home
Your bathroom should be more than just a place to shower and run out the door. It is where you start your morning and wash off the day. But when the tiles are cracked, the grout is stained, the water pressure is weak, or the layout just does not work, that bathroom becomes a daily frustration. We fix all of that. At Oreasons, we turn tired, ugly, or plain uncomfortable bathrooms into spaces you actually look forward to using. New tile, better lighting, walk in showers, soaking tubs, smart storage, and finishes that last. No more stepping over a toilet to get to the sink. No more moldy caulk or peeling paint.
We have been remodeling bathrooms in Houston for over 13 years. That means we have seen every kind of bathroom problem you can imagine. Leaky showers from bad installs. Rotting subfloors hidden under vinyl. Tiny layouts that feel like an airplane bathroom. We know how to fix it all the right way, not the fast way. Every bathroom we touch gets the same care, whether you are in a historic home in Montrose or a suburban house in Katy.
Why Bathroom Remodels Are Different With Oreasons
A bathroom remodel is one of the best investments you can make in your home. But it is also one of the easiest projects to mess up if you hire the wrong person. Water damage, bad waterproofing, crooked tile, and plumbing mistakes can cost you thousands later. That is why Mr. Oliver, our owner, personally visits every bathroom job site. He checks the waterproofing before any tile goes up. He makes sure the slope in the shower floor is right so water does not pool. He looks at every detail so you do not have to.
You also get a dedicated project manager who handles everything. Permits, material ordering, scheduling, inspections. One person to call with questions or concerns. No chasing down different people. No wondering what is happening. And when we finish, you get a solid warranty. If something leaks or cracks, we come back. No arguing. No fine print games.

Common Questions About Bathroom Remodeling
Most bathroom remodels take two to four weeks. A simple refresh with new vanity, toilet, and paint might take one week. A full gut remodel with new tile, shower, plumbing moves, and custom vanity can take three to four weeks. We give you a clear schedule before we start. We also know that life happens, so we work as cleanly and quickly as possible so you are not without a bathroom longer than necessary.
Yes, in most cases. Your bathroom will be out of service during the remodel because water and drains are turned off for parts of the job. If you only have one bathroom, we can set up a schedule to make sure you have access at night or we can talk about portable options. Many clients stay with family or friends for the busiest week. We help you plan around your situation.
Yes, if a permit is required. Not every bathroom remodel needs one. Changing fixtures and tile usually does not. Moving plumbing walls, adding new circuits, or changing the layout often does. We pull the permits for you, handle the inspections, and make sure everything passes. You do not have to deal with the city at all.
Tile is still the best choice for most bathrooms because it handles water better than anything else. Porcelain and ceramic tile are durable, easy to clean, and come in hundreds of styles. Luxury vinyl plank is also a good option. It looks like wood but handles moisture much better. We do not recommend real hardwood in bathrooms. It will warp over time no matter how well you seal it.
