Most custom homes take eight to twelve months from the day we break ground to the day you move in. Smaller homes or spec builds can take six to eight months. Larger luxury homes with complex features can take twelve to sixteen months. The timeline depends on the size of the house, the complexity of the design, and how quickly you make decisions on finishes. We give you a realistic schedule before we start and update you every single week.
Either way works. Many clients already own their land. If you do not, we can help you look for suitable lots. We know which neighborhoods have good soil, good drainage, and good schools. We also know which lots come with expensive problems like bad easements or flood plain issues. We can save you from buying a headache.
Yes, completely. We pull every permit from the city. We schedule every inspection. We make sure every trade passes on the first try. You do not have to step foot in a permit office or talk to a single inspector unless you want to. We have done this hundreds of times. We know what the city looks for and how to deliver it.
